We are excited to share with you our new website. Aside from our new look our website offers you upgraded functionality. The site is designed for easier navigation as well as a new client portal. The client portal provides additional features that allows for better communication while your pet is in our care. We’d like to take a moment to share some of the features the website offers you:
- Modify Personal Information- This feature allows you to update your information such as phone numbers, address and emergency contacts.
- Add and Modify Pet Information- We are most excited about this feature! Subtle changes in diet and medication are important for us to know and can fluctuate in between visits. This feature allows you to access your pet’s file to update those items. You can also view shot records, add or modify your pet’s reservation, change veterinarian information and veterinarian limits. This feature will give you peace of mind knowing that we have the most current and accurate information regarding your pet.
- Maintain Credit Card Information- You will now be able to view and update your credit cards on file. This feature will allow you to change your credit card information securely as well as allow for payment to be made without being on site. On the rare occasion that you assign a family member or friend to pick up your pet payment can be made with the credit card on file allowing for an easier check out process.
- Additional Ways of Communicating- We will now be able to leave notes regarding your pets stay that will instantly appear on your account. The feature also allows for you to message us directly through the owner portal. This will make communicating even easier, of course we understand that there is no replacement for a friendly voice on the other end of the phone but in times where you are unable to check in on our pet’s stay via phone this option gives another avenue for letting you know how they are doing.
- Other Features- You will be able to view, sign and print contracts as well as view your purchase history and see upcoming services. You will also be able to upload files and vaccine records directly to your account.
In order to take advantage of the new functionality of the website you will need to do the following.
If you are an EXISTING CLIENT simply email us at info@calypsokennels.com to receive your username and temporary password. Once you receive your username and password you will be able to login by going to our home page
If you are a NEW CLIENT click “new owner registration” on our home page and simply follow the prompts
We anticipate this change to be extremely beneficial to you and strive to make this an easy transition.
