Training

Whether you own a new puppy, adolescent, long time or newly acquired adult dog, our course provides you- the dog owner with all the necessary knowledge and basic skills for a peaceful relationship with your canine friend.

Our training program is designed for each pet, their families and their individual needs. We offer private basic obedience instruction which includes learning skills such as: walking on a loose lead, stop, sit, stay, down, wait, watch, and coming when called. Also included: customizing humane training equipment to fit your individual needs and personalized attention to each handler’s desired goals with their pet. Other topics discussed include: housebreaking, play-biting, jumpgin, crate training, avoiding agressions, distractions and leadership, as well as addressing simple behavior modification on a case-by-case basis. There will be “Homework” assigned each week to constructively reinforce and practice abilities demonstrated in class.

Our course runs 1 hour, once a week, for 8 consecutive weeks and is conducted in a private setting with one-on-one attention provided to you and your pet. The cost is $500 and is due at the time of sign up.
